Steps

Provides a package to subdivide proofs into several steps. Concerning the layout of the documentation I am open for suggestions.

LaTeX B00st0r!

Mathematical texts that are typed with LaTeX certainly look great. But typing LaTeX usually takes quite some time. So one could think about how to speed things up a little. One reason why typing takes long is that you have to type the same commands over and over again, things like, e.g.

\begin{enumerate}
\item ...
\end{enumerate}

TrueSync

This article adresses the following problem: Assuming you have some amount of data, let's say 20 GB, on your local machine at home, and you would like to synchronize this data with a remote server. You are a security aware person and your local hard drive is encrypted. Therefore, it would make no sense to just upload this data unencryptedy to an unencrypted remote server you eventually don't even really trust.

Tensor Products - The Phantom Menace

This script contains two approaches to the dreaded tensor product: Both the Jedi and the Sith explain their side of the force hoping to bridge the gap between algebra and differential geometry. This is a joint work with Jesko Hüttenhain. We presented this work in the Basic Notions Seminar.

The de Rham isomorphism and the Lp-cohomology of non-compact Riemannian manifolds

My diploma thesis based on an article by Gol'dshtein, Kuz'minov and Shvedov.

Upcoming Talks:

Differential Geometry II

This script is based on a handwritten version by Prof. Ballmann. It contains the standard topics of a second semester in Differential Geometry, namely comparison theory, projective and symmetric spaces and Lie groups.
