Anstehende Termine

This script contains two approaches to the dreaded tensor product: Both the Jedi and the Sith explain their side of the force hoping to bridge the gap between algebra and differential geometry. This is a joint work with Jesko Hüttenhain. We presented this work in the Basic Notions Seminar.

My diploma thesis based on an article by Gol'dshtein, Kuz'minov and Shvedov.

This script is based on a handwritten version by Prof. Ballmann. It contains the standard topics of a second semester in Differential Geometry, namely comparison theory, projective and symmetric spaces and Lie groups.

A detailled introduction to Hodge theory. Some of the material was presented in the ''Basic Notions'' seminar in WS09/10 in collaboration with Markus Land.

A thorough treatment of some selected and very basic topics in homological algebra that are often used in topology, differential geometry and global analysis.

Script for a talk held in Prof. Ballmanns seminar on Differential Topology in SS09 at the university of Bonn.

A script containing basic facts concerning PDOs. It is still under construction and far from complete.

A short arctile discussing the various ways to define submanifolds in R^n and their tangent and normal space.
